1 Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts, services and consulting services between [MWConsulting] (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" or "we") and our clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "you") in their current version at the time of commissioning.
2. Subject matter of the contract
2.1 We offer strategic consulting services in the areas of positioning, strategy development and online marketing.
2.2 The contract is concluded by our written acceptance of your assignment or by the signing of a written contract.

3.1 We undertake to provide the agreed consulting services with care and professionalism.
3.2 The exact description of the services, scope, duration and remuneration will be set out in an individual contract or proposal.
Fees and terms of payment 4.1 The amount of the fee for our services shall be specified in the contract or proposal.

5. Confidentiality and data protection 5.1 We undertake to treat all information provided to us in the course of our consulting activities as confidential and to use it only for the agreed purpose.
5.2 We will comply with applicable data protection laws and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability 6.1 Our liability is limited to cases of gross negligence and willful misconduct. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or indirect damage.
7. Termination 7.1 The terms of termination are set out in the contract or proposal.
8. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction
8.1 Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), governs these GTC.
